I tried another recipe from Cooking Light's website for the review. This week I made Adobo Chicken. While last week's Bistro Braised Chicken will definitely be made again, the Adobo Chicken probably will not. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't that great either. Mine did not look like that! I am not sure how the one in the picture has such a pretty color. There is so much soy sauce in the recipe that my chicken was an ugly blackish-brown. Again, it didn't taste bad, but I think there are better recipes out there.
